This hotel is a gem located in the historical heart of Havana. The room was spacious and comfortable, with exclusive amenities such as a private balcony overlooking the beautiful San Francisco Plaza. The breakfast menu was extensive and delicious, and the service was impeccable. The bar/lounge area was a great place to relax and enjoy a drink after a long day of sightseeing. The location advantage was unbeatable, with all major attractions within walking distance.
The Wi-Fi connection was slow and pricey, which was a minor issue. However, it did not detract from the luxurious experience at this hotel which fulfilled all of our needs.
